The staff at the Oca Flores are incredible! So friendly and helpful from the moment we checked in to our early morning departure. They gave us restaurant recommendations, advice on getting around Porto, tips for where to watch the Euros final and even facilitated us moving rooms when our first floor room was a little noisy. They are really proud of their hotel and city, and the hotel is centrally located close to everything you’d want to visit. Breakfast was ample and varied and is served in the stunning fourth floor dining room overlooking the garden. The spa facilities are really modern and clean, the hydrotherapy pool area is small but it wasn’t busy, so adequate. Massage by Bryan was heavenly! Wonderful hospitality and experience!

If you want the most incredible staff on the planet this is the hotel. I have been around the world and in hundreds of hotels, and I have never experience such friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Our room is a little noisy because it face the street, but you could open the windows and it was so much fun to people watch, we had a handicap room which was wonderful room 101. This hotel is so central located at a pedestrian Street and very close to Sao Bento station. If you want to see a Fado show go to the Sao Bento station at 7:30 PM. They have an incredible show and you will learn a lot about what FDAO is all about. So for the best day ever make sure you book this hotel

This hotel was exceptional. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was a fantastic size and had cooking facilities and a fridge. The bar and garden overlooking the city was a true hidden gem in a bustling city. The bathroom and shower were ample size, the bed was comfortable, the living room was a nice added extra to sit and chill after roaming the beautiful city of Porto. I can't recommend this place enough a true 5 star experience. Can recommend the rooftop bar, try the staffs signature cocktails and enjoy the view. We didn't try the spa but I am sure it is fantastic.
